Refund and Returns Policy

Returns

Please contact us before returning any products. If your goods are incorrect or you wish to cancel upon receipt, you must notify us in writing within 7 working days, we will refund or replace upon return of these goods if returned in unused condition and original packaging intact. We offer a replacement upon return of any faulty goods. We cannot be held responsible for any item lost or damaged during delivery. We do not operate on a sale or return basis, all sales are final. All goods are covered by the manufactures one year guarantee. The return postage costs will be met by Evergreen Internet Services only when returning faulty or substitute items and have notified us within 48 hours. In all other instances, postage costs will be met by the consumer. The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000″

Availability

All goods are normally in stock but may be subject to availability, if any goods are out of stock we will inform you as soon as possible giving you a delivery date, if this is not acceptable you may cancel the order with a full refund by cheque.

Cancellation

You have a right to cancel your order for any item purchased under the Distance Selling Regulations. To cancel you must write to us within seven working days of delivery of your items, quoting your order number. You must take reasonable care of the items and you must not use them. If the item has been used or any seals broken then it will be taken that you have accepted the goods and cannot return them under the Distance Selling Regulations. The return costs for any item being returned is at your expense and you agree to this by placing an order.

Orders paid via deposit will incur a 10% cancellation charge for refund.

Information

All sizes and measurements are approximate but we do try to make sure that they are accurate. All descriptions of goods are to assist in making a purchase and we do try to make them as accurate as possible. Evergreen Internet Services will use reasonable practices to verify the accuracy of any information on the site but makes no representation or warranty of any kind express or implied statutory or otherwise regarding the contents or availability of the site or that it is free from errors, that defects will be corrected, or that the site or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or bugs, accuracy, reliability of the website. We will not be responsible or liable to you for any loss of content or material uploaded or transmitted through the website and we do not accept liability of any kind for any loss or damage from action taken or taken in reliance on material or information contained on the site.

International Orders

Any import duty or local tax must be paid by the buyer. Evergreen can not be responsible for any local taxes, customs charges or any delivery issues in the consignee destination country.

Buying Online

Making a purchase online is very simple and fast. Once you have decided which item you would like to buy simply click on ‘Add to Basket’ and follow the prompts via our secure server PayPal, you will be asked for a few details e.g. name, address, and card number.
We accept most major credit cards.

Despatch

We normally expect to process your order within 1 hour and for same day dispatch if orders are before 10:00am.

Delivery

We deliver your order straight away. We will normally send your order to arrive with you on a next working day service but sometimes 2-3 working days.

Damaged Goods

Damaged goods must be reported within 24 hours of receipt. Evergreen will arrange collection of damaged goods.

Out of Stock Items

If your item is out of stock, you will be contacted immediately and offered the option to cancel your order or wait for the item to come in. 

Additional Charges

The prices you see are the prices you pay, any applicable taxes are already included in the price shown.

Credit Card Security

All credit card numbers are encrypted in the PayPal software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. No information is held on any of our websites.
