We offer a 1 – 2 day delivery on most of our products, orders placed before 10:00am are despatched on a Next Day Delivery Service. Ocassionaly adverse weather conditions or strikes can delay some deliveries.

If no Shipping Address is provided on the online ordering form we will send to the billing address.

If we are unable to get a signature upon delivery we will leave the parcel with a neighbour or in a safe place.

Deliveries to some Islands, Highlands and countries outside of mainland UK may incur an additional carriage charge

All our orders are checked before despatch for quantity and quality.

International Orders

Any import duty or local tax must be paid by the buyer. Occasionally if an item is out of stock we will arrange to send direct from the distributor or manufacturer.

Returns Policy

Our policy lasts 15 days from when you receive the item. If 15 days have elapsed since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund but we can offer repair of the product or a replacement of the same product if neither of these can be achieved then we will issue you with a refund.

To be eligible for a refund your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 7 days.

Sale items (if applicable)

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@uk-metal-detectors.co.uk and send your goods to UK Metal Detectors, 1 Milnyard Square, Peterborough, PE2 6GX.

Shipping

To return your product, you should mail your product to: 1 Milnyard Square, Peterborough, PE2 6GX, UK.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless you receive the item in a damaged or faulty condition or if the item goes faulty within 15 days.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
